How to Order
Our objective is to make it as easy and secure as possible to buy our products.
Secure On-line Payment by Credit Card We use the facilities of the leading on-line payment authority
WorldPay. WorldPay uses state of the art security tools and techniques, both proprietary and unique, to ensure that you and we are protected. When you fill in the payment form and click the 'Send Order' button, your details are not sent to us straight away. What actually happens is that a secure link is set up between the your browser and WorldPay and an encryption code is requested and received, which then wraps the order and transaction details before leaving your premises.
WorldPay do not send us your credit card details so this information is not stored by us. If you would prefer to place your order by telephone please call us on 01322 522133

To answer some questions….How much are postage and packing costs ?Free standard UK delivery for most orders placed online over £10.00 (exc VAT + delivery), orders below £10.00 (exc VAT + delivery) will be subject to a delivery charge of £3.50 + VAT per order.
For all EU and other european countries listed on the checkout page, the delivery charge is £10.00 per order, except for aerosol alarms (please contact us for delivery charge for these before ordering). If your country is not listed please contact us for pricing before placing an order. We can not accept on-line orders for delivery to any country not listed on the checkout page.

How long will my order take to despatch and get to me?We endeavour to despatch same day. If an item is temporary out of stock we shall inform you immediately. Re-stocking is normally only 3 - 4 days.
How do you deliver the goods?It will depend on the value and size of your order. Small items are sent in plain padded envelopes and are sent by Royal Mail 1st class post in the UK and secure Airmail to the rest of the World. This means that they need to be signed for on receipt.~~~404~405~~
