GWA Terms & Conditions
General
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and exclude V.A.T., and package and postage. All products are subject to availability. If unavailable, your remittance will be refunded within seven days.
Payment
Payment is in pounds sterling by credit/debit card as listed or payment may be made by cheque or money order.
Delivery
We will dispatch your order as soon as we receive and process your details. Standard Delivery is by Post, Royal Mail small parcels or a substitute carrier. We cannot be responsible for delays in deliveries by third parties. Where delivery is to an address other than the card holders address we will only ship the goods once payment and settlement has been made in full by credit or debit card. This may result in delays in your order being shipped but it is for your own security.
PLEASE NOTE if you wish to have aerosol alarms delivered outside the UK, please contact us to arrange shipping before placing your order.
Returns Policy
Our Property Marking Kits and Equipment have been supplied to Police Services and Local Authorities for many years. It is our wish that they meet your complete satisfaction. If what we have sent you does not meet your expectations please let us know immediately. If a refund is required, we shall reimburse you in full, including your postage, for any items returned within 14 days.
Complaints
A complaint relating to products purchased from the site will be responded to within 48 hours. We will investigate any complaint quickly, confidentially and fairly keeping you informed of progress. We welcome complaints/suggestions that enable us to provide you with the level of service we aim to achieve.

By purchasing from our website you consent to the use of your personal information in the manner described in this policy. The purchasing form requires that you provide your full name, street address, phone number and E-mail address, any information supplied to us will not be disclosed or shared with anyone in a manner that will allow them to identify any individual using the website. We collect information from the order form for two reasons: firstly to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
